Is DealBack free to use?
Yes. Creating an account and earning cashback through DealBack is completely free. We earn a commission from partner retailers and share a portion with you as cashback.
How long does cashback take to appear?
Most purchases show as pending within 24 to 72 hours. The exact tracking window depends on the retailer and is listed on each store page.
Why is my cashback still pending?
Retailers confirm orders only after items are shipped and return periods expire. Pending status is normal until that confirmation arrives.
Can I use other coupons along with DealBack cashback?
In most cases, yes — unless the retailer explicitly excludes coupon stacking. Check the store terms on DealBack before checkout.
What if my cashback does not track?
Make sure you clicked through from DealBack, did not switch tabs before checkout, and disabled ad blockers that may strip tracking. If it still does not appear, contact support with your order ID.
Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes. Confirmed cashback can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum threshold shown in your account wallet. This helps us keep transfer costs reasonable.
Do app orders qualify for cashback?
Some retailers allow app purchases and others do not. Each store page notes whether mobile app orders are eligible.
Can I shop as a guest?
You can browse and visit retailers as a guest, but creating a free account ensures your purchases are linked to you and cashback is credited correctly.
How do I update my email or password?
Sign in and visit your account settings. If you cannot access your account, email support@dealback.in from your registered address.
Are cashback rates guaranteed?
Rates reflect current partner agreements and may change. The rate shown at the time you click through to the retailer applies to that session.
