Finding Your Cashback

Sign in to DealBack and open your wallet or dashboard. Pending rewards appear after the retailer reports your order, usually within one to three days of purchase.

Understanding Statuses

Pending means we have recorded the transaction but the retailer has not yet confirmed it. Confirmed means the order passed the return window and the reward is available for withdrawal.

Declined or cancelled entries occur when an order was returned, refunded, or did not meet eligibility rules.

Missing a Purchase?

Wait at least 72 hours after checkout. If nothing appears, email support@dealback.in with the store name, order date, order amount, and order ID. Screenshots of the confirmation page help us investigate faster.
